However, it was until the year 2010 that Margarita stepped onto the court professionally. Her debut came through the $10k tournament in Minsk.

Before it, she had also partaken at the $10k tournament in St. Petersburg in mid-March which she lost during the qualification match.

During her participation in Minsk, Margarita reached the quarterfinals in singles and semifinals in doubles.

Likewise, she only reached the final near the end of 2011, where she played in Tyumen for doubles alongside Natela Dzalamidze.
